On second thoughts give me a £80 fine any day if you let me get away from people like this
This bloke would appear to have an unhealthy interest in little boys, but I'm not entirely clear on what crime has been committed here.
Theft of urine? Was this bloke actually arrested for taking the piss? The urine owner would seem to have abandoned it, though, so I'm not sure that theft can be involved.
Destruction of property? If he reassembles the urinal when he's finished, no actual damage has been done.
